Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP

1020 Meyerside Dr, Unit 5 - 6, Mississauga, ON L5T 1K7, Canada

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 12 pm - 4 pm, and are generally ready within 3-4 hours during store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING

  • We ship from Mississauga
  • We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
  • Custom orders take 8-12 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@weddingdecormall.shop. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

         NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

 

International Shipping

We now provide shipping to US at additional shipping charges. Once we receive your order, shipping charges will be sent via email.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

WDM! is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of WDM! to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, US residents might expect a customs charge. WDM! is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup, and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should WDM! mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, WDM! is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

In summary, you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing a WDM product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
